Refund Policy

Shipments

  • We offer full refunds, minus payment processing fees, on unused shipments for up to 60 days after the purchase date. To request a refund, email support@bikeflights.com and include your order number. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 days to process.
  • We do not refund international clearance fees after delivery.
  • We do not refund charitable donations made to non-profit organizations through our Buck Up for Bikes Program.

Merchandise

  • We offer full refunds, minus payment processing and shipping fees, on any unused merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund and get return instructions, email support@bikeflights.com and include your order number. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 days to process once the return merchandise is received.
